Learn how Tyler Creek affects your backyard May 21
The Tyler Creek Watershed Coalition will hold its annual general membership meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, in the Alumni Room at Lindner Fitness Center on the Judson University campus, 1151 N. State St., Elgn.
The meeting is open to all interested citizens.
The program will include presentations on the results of water sampling used to measure the health of Tyler Creek, the results of recent efforts to correct and reduce stream bank erosion and a presentation providing an overview of the Tyler Creek Management Plan and how the creek impacts your backyard.
This will especially beneficial to those living in the "watershed" and those living along this creek.
This short presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session. There will also be an election of coalition board members in which paid members may make nominations and vote for the candidates.

The Tyler Creek Watershed Coalition is comprised of watershed stakeholders who are committed to work together to preserve and protect the water quality and natural resources of Tyler Creek, a tributary to the Fox River in Northeastern Illinois.
