Consider impact of strike, lockout

All faith traditions speak about the most vulnerable in our community, so the negotiations between the governor's office and state employees causes me grave concern.

There is nothing to be gained, but a lot could be lost, if differences at the bargaining table result in a lockout or a strike.

I urge everyone to base the outcomes on the impact they will have on the most vulnerable, which now, unfortunately, includes our dedicated state employees and their families.
