Pie Five Pizza coming to Hoffman Estates

A Starbucks coffee shop, Pie Five Pizza restaurant and Mattress Firm store will fill a new three-tenant strip center at Poplar Creek Crossing, 2500 N. Sutton Road, in Hoffman Estates.

Village officials this week approved construction of the center, which lies near the existing Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant at Poplar Creek Crossing, said Peter Gugliotta, Hoffman Estates' director of planning, building and code enforcement.

Dallas-based Pie Five recently opened in Naperville and Schaumburg, and announced plans for restaurants in Palatine and Algonquin.
