Waukegan police investigating man's death

Waukegan police are investigating the death of a man found at 3 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Ninth and Prescott streets.

Cmdr. Joe Florip said Saturday night that police have received the results of an autopsy on the man but would not release any more information on what he called a death investigation.

Lake County Chief Deputy Coroner Orlando Portillo said police asked the coroner's office not to release any details about the autopsy or the man's name and age. The office also is trying to reach his family, Portillo added.
