Almost Home Foundation Announces Running 4 Rescue Race to Save Abandoned and Needy Animals

Inviting participants to run for the lives of abandoned and needy animals, the Almost Home Foundation on September 28, 2014 will be holding the Running For Rescue 5K run and 3K dog walk at Hamilton Lakes in Itasca.

Race day packets can be picked up from 8:00am-8:30am the day of the event. The 5K run kicks off at 9:00 am and the 3K dog walk at 11:00 am. The race will held at 2 Pierce Place in Hamilton Lakes, rain or shine.

A pre-registration fee for the 5K run is $30.00 (rising to $35 on race day: and a pre-registration fee for the 3K run of $20.00 (rising to $25 on race day) at www.almosthomefoundation.org.
