'Tapas & Tango' March 2 in Arlington Heights

The Barrington Chapter Lyric Opera of Chicago invites you to "Tapas and Tango," at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 2, for an afternoon of music, dance and Spanish cuisine.

The program will be held at La Tasca Tapas Restaurant, located in downtown Arlington Heights at 25 W. Davis St.

Professional dancers Ana Savitzky and Marco Mambelli will dazzle guests with the magic and romance of tango. After a short history of the dance, Ana and Marco will take to the floor to perform. For those inspired, instruction in the art of tango will follow.

Lunch will include a selection of hot and cold tapas, plus desserts.

Cost is $45 for chapter members and $50 for nonmembers. For ticket availability, contact Margit at (847) 304-0422.
