Need help dating Grandma's old photos? Attend 'Sundays in the Parlour'
Museum curator and clothing historian Ellie Carlson will present an illustrated talk on how to use fashion to arrive at dates for old photos Sunday, Sept. 13, at the Tanner House Museum, 305 Cedar St. in Aurora.
Carlson will present examples and then evaluate photos brought in by audience members She also will discuss facial recognition techniques to help track individuals who may appear in various photos over time.
The talk is at 3:30 p.m.
Cost is $10 per person, Aurora Historical Society members pay $8.

There are free tours of the Tanner House preceding the talk at 1 and 2 p.m.
