Man dies following fall at suburban Milwaukee shopping mall

MILWAUKEE (AP) - Milwaukee County authorities say a 21-year-old Silver Lake man has died after falling from a balcony at a suburban Milwaukee shopping center.

The Milwaukee County medical examiner's office received notice of Dustin Strzelecki's death Wednesday evening.

According to North Shore Fire Department officials, Strzelecki fell about 20 feet from a second-story balcony early last week at Bayshore Town Center in Glendale. He was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and had been in a coma following the incident.

Strzelecki suffered from severe head injuries, a broken pelvis, a shattered spleen and other injuries.

His mother said Strzelecki fell after attempting to slide down a railing.
