Worker fatally shot outside suburban Indianapolis restaurant
GREENWOOD, Ind. (AP) - Police say a worker at a suburban Indianapolis restaurant was fatally shot outside the business.
Greenwood Assistant Police Chief Matthew Fillenwarth says investigators don't believe the shooting of 34-year-old Miguel Angel Hernandez was a random attack. No arrests were immediately made.
The shooting occurred outside the Four Seasons Restaurant about 6 a.m. Wednesday. The restaurant is in a shopping plaza in a busy commercial area along Indiana 135 just south of Indianapolis.
The restaurant was open at the time. No other injuries were reported.
