Hannay Realty purchases One O'Hare Center

ROSEMONT - Phoenix-based Hannay Realty Advisors, with MDC Realty Advisors and Nicola Crosby, said it has purchased One O'Hare Center in Rosemont for an undisclosed sum.

The 380,360 square foot Class A office building offers access to O'Hare International Airport, with direct connections to major interstates in all directions, mass transit access, and is just a short commute to downtown Chicago. The building is 96 percent occupied by high credit tenants providing a stable income stream with an opportunity for future rental growth.

"We are very pleased to add One O'Hare Center to our growing management portfolio in the Chicago market," said company President Craig Hannay.

Hannay said the company is looking for future acquisition and co-investment opportunities in the Chicago and in the western U.S., with a focus on quality retail centers and core -to-core plus office properties.

Hannay Realty Advisors will provide the asset and property management services for the building, adding to the company's growing management portfolio of office and retail properties, which is now over 13 million square feet. The company has acted as an adviser on over $500 million in commercial property acquisitions since 2012.
