No delivered package is safe anymore
The article on thieves taking packages from front porches gave me a good chuckle. UPS and FedEx just leave it by your door.
Years ago, my postal worker would either hide the package or leave a note to pick it up at the post office. Monday, I came home to find a $60 postage Express Mail package sitting right in front of my door. The delivery time said 3 p.m. It was 12:45. So, I guess the United States Postal Service of yesterday is gone, too.
