For the third consecutive year, Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores has been recognized as one of "Chicago's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" by the National Association for Business Resources.

The list highlights companies that deliver and uphold exceptional practices in human resources, and Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. has proved to be a leader - excelling in multiple categories and solidifying it's standing as one of the best companies to work for in the Chicagoland area.
