CBRE assists in Wheeling sale

WHEELING - CBRE announced Orange Crush LLC has purchased an 83,787-square-foot industrial space from 571 S. Wheeling Road.

Ryan Bain, Zach Graham, and John Maloney in CBRE's Industrial Properties group, were the sole brokers in the transaction.

Situated on 4.3 acres, this manufacturing building was formerly occupied by Main Steel. The buyer plans to reposition the property to accommodate its business. Orange Crush LLC serves the road construction and road-building supply needs of the region.
