Tow driver charged with inappropriate touching of 2 women
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (AP) - A Mount Pleasant tow truck driver has been charged in connection with the inappropriate touching of two women whose vehicles were being towed.
Mount Pleasant police say in a release Friday that 40-year-old Shawn Crittenden is being held in the Isabella County Jail. He was arraigned Thursday on two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, indecent exposure and assault.
Police say the incidents occurred Jan. 17 and Aug. 30, 2014.
Greens Towing assisted police in the investigation.
The Associated Press left a message Friday seeking comment from Crittenden's lawyer.
