Three businesses open in Lake Zurich

LAKE ZURICH - Several new businesses have opened in Lake Zurich. They include Bailiu Spa, 45 B S. Old Rand Road, next door to Be Safe Driving School.

The owner is Bridget Tessarolo. The business is planning a ribbon cutting and grand opening on July 1 at 5 p.m.

Patina Haus, an eclectic home décor store, opened at 29 S. Old Rand Road. The eclectic home furnishing and accents store is a labor of love and a dream come true for owners Molly Papadakis-Bowes and Bob Solomon.

And La Malinche Bar & Grill is opening at 53 S. Rand Road in Lake Zurich. Delia Mercado is the owner. The eatery is moving from West Liberty Street in Wauconda to a 2,520-square-foot retail space.
