Elk Grove park board candidates to appear at forum

Three candidates for the Elk Grove Park District board will answer questions during a candidate forum next Wednesday.

The forum, sponsored by the League of Women Voters, will feature incumbents Bill O'Malley and Ralph Souder, with newcomer Dale Elsner. There are two seats on the board at stake in the April 7 election, each carrying a 6-year term.

The event begins at 7 p.m. in the council chambers of Elk Grove village hall, 901 Wellington Ave. It will also air live on Elk Grove Channel 6 and online at eg-tv.org.
