Children's Choir Program begins at Arts in Bartlett

Does your child love to sing? The "Music of Summer" 6 week class at the Arts in Bartlett Center for the Arts will help them develop their talent in a fun group activity under the direction of Mindy Dupee, local voice and piano teacher. The class is for children entering 2nd to 8th grade and is every Thursday from July 16 - August 20. The last date will be a concert for family members. Choir members will learn the basics of proper breathing technique, body positioning and tonal reproduction. They will learn, prepare and present a selection of music in single and two-part harmony.

The deadline to register is July 14 and more information is available at Arts in Bartlett, 215 S. Main St., or online on the Kids Page of artsinbartlett.org. Minimum class size is 10.
