Buffalo Grove man receives probation for marijuana charge
A 55-year-old Buffalo Grove man arrested after police found more than 1½ pounds of marijuana in his home has pleaded guilty.
Mitchell Yablon was sentenced Wednesday to 12 months probation in exchange for pleading guilty to the manufacture and delivery of marijuana, according to court records.
Authorities said police recovered 753 grams of marijuana and $2,645 in cash from his home.
Yablon was also ordered to pay $1,835 in fines.
