Elgin's St. John School holds graduation

St. John's Lutheran School in Elgin held its eighth-grade graduation on Friday, May 29.

The 16 students are headed to eight different high schools.

After the graduation service in the church, a banquet was held in the gym.

St. John Lutheran School, 109 N. Spring St. in Elgin, is a fully accredited and state of Illinois recognized school offering preschool for 3- and 4-year olds, full-day kindergarten and first through eighth grade.
