Gurnee Mills celebrates Cinco de Mayo
Live music, dancing and plenty of smiles were the order of the day Sunday as Gurnee Mills hosted its first Cinco de Mayo celebration.
The event featured mariachi music and performances by local Latino artists, including Los Panchis, Banda Tierra Nueva and Hershey y Su Norteno Band on the Telemundo Entertainment Stage.
And when visitors could pull themselves from the entertainment, there were food samples, face painting, balloon artists and giveaways to enjoy.
