America is troubled - so do something

The national anthem, "The Star Spangled Banner," is outdated. It was about the War of 1812. People can't remember the words. We should adopt "America the Beautiful"; it describes our country. Or "God Bless America"; it reminds us that God cares and unfortunately we are pushing him away.

The government isn't what it used to be. The Constitution says, "For the people, of the people and by the people." Congress is forgetting it and becoming greedy and selfish.

We are in trouble with so many shootings. I blame it on TV, poverty and homeless.

We are slowly losing the middle class. Many have no jobs, no homes. All jobs are being sent away to other countries for cheap labor.

America, wake up and do something.
