Midwest Shotokan Karate Fitness Center opens in Prospect Hts.

The Midwest Shotokan Karate Fitness Center will be holding a grand opening/open house 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, and 12 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, at 1295 N. Rand Road, Prospect Heights. The open house includes demonstrations in karate, aikido, iaido, kobudo and zumba. More information on activities at the open house is at www.midwestdojo.com.
