On the road: Visit alien worlds at Iowa's Putnam Museum

Learn about the actual search for alien life within and beyond our solar system in the new “Alien Worlds and Androids” exhibit at the Putnam Museum & Science Center in Davenport, Iowa. Kids will love the life-size presentations of familiar characters such as Iron Man and C3PO, and everyone will learn from the nine areas: Are We Alone, Looking for Life in Space, Alien Life on Earth, Artificial Intelligence and Robots, Robot Space Explorers, Explore the Solar System, The Robotization of Planet Earth, I-Cyborg, and The Human Microbiome. Runs through Monday, May 25, at the Putnam Museum & Science Center, 1717 W. 12th St. in Davenport, Iowa. Adventure Package is $14.50 for adults, $12.50 for seniors, students and military and $11 for children and includes this special exhibit. Other admission packages are available. putnam.org
