Time to invite folks over

I would love to entertain my family and friends sometimes. We always get invited to their house and my 13-year-old son wants me to invite or family and friends to our house. Each year I put off buying a patio set or grill because something always comes up. This year I wanted to be the year that I try again to fix up the yard. I lack ideas on sprucing up and coordinating my yard into something beautiful. My yard is plain but clean and the bad part is that my front yard is also my backyard. My townhouse faces the alley and I hate that there is no privacy when cars drive by. I wish to make my yard appealing by jazzing up my yard. The only lighting I have comes from the light pole in the alley and I have not invested in a grill or patio set because my space is limited. I want to make my yard entertaining and welcoming. I just want to be able to come out of my home and relax in my yard and enjoy my space around me with my family and friends.

You can put some adirondack chairs with a gas or wood burning fire pit. It would make great for entertaining your 13-year-old and it would add lighting to the backyard when in use. You could also use some torches. This would also help with lighting up the backyard as well as keep the mosquitoes away.
