Bartlett man gets probation in child porn possession plea
A 48-year-old Bartlett man was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography, court records show.
In exchange for his guilty plea Wednesday, Michael Juhasz was sentenced to 30 months probation and ordered to pay $1,314 in fines, according to court records.
The judge also ordered Juhasz not to live within 500 feet of a school. Juhasz must adhere to a curfew, and he will need to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, a state's attorney spokesman said.
Police searched Juhasz's home earlier this year and recovered several images and video depicting child pornography.
