Kids enjoy Hanover Park resource fair
Hanover Park held a Kids at Hope Community Resource Fair Saturday at the Hanover Park Park District Community Center, 1919 Walnut Ave.
Kids at Hope is a Phoenix-based nonprofit group modeled on a "belief system that all children are capable of success," Hanover Park Mayor Rodney Craig said.
The event is designed to give parents a one-stop-shop where they can browse programs and services that best suit their children's interests.
Both public and private groups participated, including police and fire departments, the park district, churches and businesses.
