The Bridge is excited to announce an impressive lineup of live auction items for its 2014 Peter D. Cunneen Memorial Golf Classic. The event will take place Monday, Aug. 11, at the Inverness Golf Club.
New this year is a chance for two guests to receive an all-expense paid weekend trip to The Masters that features accommodations at a private condo and access to the Executive Club. Additionally, there is an exotic getaway to a South African Safari, complete with meals, lodging and a personal tour guide on the Zulu Nyala Wildlife reserve for two.
Also being offered is a Samuel Adams Brewery tour in Boston. The behind-the-scenes tour includes a private beer tasting, five-course dinner, round-trip airfare and a 3-night luxury hotel stay.
Guests will also get to participate in a silent auction featuring Lake Geneva, Chicago and Mexico getaways, Chicago Bears tickets, countless gift cards, baskets and much more. Check out The Bridge's Facebook and Twitter pages for additional unique auction items.
Event chairman Michael Kabarec says, "We have phenomenal auction items up for grabs this year. These are once-in-a-life time opportunities for our guests that are not normally available. Not only that, but guests get an exclusive golf experience."
Registration is open online at golf.bridgeyouth.org. Tickets are priced at $400 per golfer and include a lunch buffet, open bar and five-star dinner. Nongolfers may join for dinner and participate in the auction for $85. Proceeds from the event will go toward funding services that help change the lives of individuals in the community. These services are available to all families, regardless of ability to pay.
