Carrie Underwood ticket pre-sale opens Thursday morning

Carrie Underwood fans, take note: Ticketmaster is holding a ticket pre-sale from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday for the seven-time Grammy winner's May 17 concert at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont.

The May performance will be Underwood's first Chicago-area stop on her new tour, called "The Storyteller Tour - Stories in the Round." Her album "Storyteller" was released Oct. 23 and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard charts.

Two acts will open for Underwood: Easton Corbin and The Swon Brothers.

To buy tickets, visit Ticketmaster.com between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Thursday and enter the password "story" when prompted.
