Aurora Regional Hispanic Chamber leader resigns

AURORA - Aurora Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Karina Y. Garcia announced Tuesday she is leaving the position to pursue other business opportunities. Garcia had been with the chamber for the past 10 years, starting as a volunteer and becoming a board member before taking on the role of executive director. She assisting in the funding of the AHCC Dollars for Scholars foundation and in the expansion of the chamber. "I will continue to participate as a member of the chamber, so it proceeds with its vision," she said.
