What if transgender student were a boy?

I have been following the School District 211 story about the transgender girl with interest. A thought occurred to me. What if there is a transgender boy, that is, a person with female anatomy who identifies as a boy.

What if this boy requests full access to the boy's locker room and showers? Would the Obama administration support his right to do this? Wouldn't they have too? They could not discriminate, could they? Would this transgender boy be safe? I do not know the answer but it does provide food for thought, doesn't it?
