USA football and MinuteClinic name finalists for 2015 National Team Mom of the Year award

Ten women representing high schools and youth football organizations coast to coast have been named finalists in the 2015 Team Mom of the Year award, presented by USA Football and MinuteClinic. These women represented the millions of moms to support football programs across the United States with their time, effort and emotion.

The 2015 Team Mom of the Year will receive a grand prize package that includes a $5,000 equipment grant for her league or school, a $500 gift spa certificate and a Team Mom jersey. The grand prize winner will be announced later in December.

The 2015 Team Mom of the Year finalists are:

· SHANNON ADAMS, Duck Creek Pop Warner in Green Bay, Wis.

· LORI CHAVIS, Grenada High School in Grenada, Miss.

· MICHELE DeCHIARO, Northport Youth Football Club in Northport, N.Y.

· VANESSA DEFINA, Bartlett Hawks Youth Football League in Bartlett, Ill.

· DANA FERGUSON, McHenry Township Junior Warriors in McHenry, Ill.

· JENNIFER FRIDOLFS, Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego

· TRACY MOSELER, Hilhi Youth Football Association in Hillsboro, Ore.

· CANDACE OLIARNY, Great Wall Dragons in Boise, Idaho

· AMIE SCHROEDER, New Richmond Youth Football Association in New Richmond, Wis.

· MARCI WRIGHT, Sandwich Pop Warner in Forestdale, Mass.

More than 1,500 women were nominated by their leagues or high schools. USA Football and MinuteClinic selected 10 nominees each week to recognize their dedication and commitment to their teams. They then competed to obtain the most online votes through social media and community outreach to earn their spots as a finalists.

All 100 nominees will receive a prize pack that includes a t-shirt and CVS gift card, while the 10 finalists each receive a $1,000 equipment grant and a $100 Sports Authority gift card.
