Ballot placement lotteries

Lotteries to determine ballot placement order for the first and last candidates who simultaneously filed at the Lake County Clerk's office for the March 15, 2016 General Primary Election will be held Thursday, Dec. 3, at 10 a.m. in the lobby of the Lake County Courthouse and Administrative Complex, 18 North County St., Waukegan.
