GOP Illinois Senate leader to speak in Schaumburg

Illinois state Sen. Christine Radogno, the Republican leader of the Illinois Senate, will be the guest speaker at the Schaumburg Township Republican Organization's monthly breakfast meeting from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Chandler's Chophouse, 401 N. Roselle Road in Schaumburg.

The meeting also will feature a presidential straw poll among the organization's members.

To help defray the cost of the breakfast buffet, a $10 contribution is sought from members and a $15 contribution from nonmembers. Annual memberships may be purchased or renewed at STGOP.com or at the event.
