Find a gift at Schaumburg Park Foundation bazaar Dec. 8

The Schaumburg Park Foundation's annual Holiday Shopping Bazaar will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, at Schaumburg Corporate Center Atrium, 1501 Woodfield Road.

The foundation is the 501(C)3 fundraising arm of the Schaumburg Park District.

A variety of items will be for sale at this year's bazaar including books, jewelry, purses, specialty foods, high-end kitchenware and containers for food storage. Handcrafted items include textiles, lamps, wood carvings, decorative glass and many delicate items.

"The bazaar supports recreation scholarships for disadvantaged families," said Pat Casler, Schaumburg Park Foundation executive vice president. "The array of vendors provides a choice for everyone on your gift list."

The bazaar is free and open to the public.
