Stevenson tops in Power 8

Stevenson won the Prospect Power 8 Invite in girls tennis on Saturday, scoring 40 points to 26 for second-place Glenbrook North.

Carmel finished fourth with 14 points and Lake Zurich finished seventh with 8.5 points.

Kendall Kirsch of Stevenson won the No. 1 singles match over Marie Kapelevich of Carmel, 6-0, 6-0.

Kaylin Dong and Zoe Taylor of Stevenson won the No. 1 doubles match.
