BFC marks 40 years of business

BATAVIA - Communications and print company BFC is celebrating its 40th year of business.

Joe Novak Sr. started BFC in 1975 as a 4-employee financial print brokerage firm in a 2,000 square foot office in Chicago. Over the past 40 years, BFC has grown to a 100 employee, 120,000 square foot company in Batavia.

"We continue to build on my father's original vision," said BFC President Joe Novak Jr. "That vision of taking care of the customer while leveraging technology to always be a step ahead of our customer's needs has served us well."

With a foundation rooted in family values, the second generation executive team of Joe Jr., Brad, Matt and Karen Novak-McMahon have assembled a team of professionals made up of sales professionals and account managers, IT developers, online system specialists, call center reps, a staff of manufacturing professionals and warehousing/logistics personnel.

The company's customer base is diversified, with a focus on providing technology solutions to create, manage and distribute communications for financial, insurance and franchise organizations.

BFC currently manages roughly 100 online estore sites, providing brand management, content integrity and personalized marketing programs. The company stresses client partnerships by placing IT developers, production and project management personnel inside several nationwide customer locations.

Exclusive BFC solutions include myDocument, utilized by Insurance, Healthcare and Financial organizations to build, manage, deliver and track member communications.
