Modern adherence to the 2nd ammendment

My thanks to Theodore M. Utchen for keeping this subject in the news.

There seems to be an acceptable compromise for our Supreme Court to consider.

We could allow Individual citizens to bear firearms IF they are members of either our National Guard or U.S. Military (once called militia.)

The level of any wars or threats to our government would require a group effort to defend such as the National Guard.
