Happy hour, bobcats not just 'distractions'

I beg to differ with the Daily Herald's depiction of the state's bobcat hunting and happy hour legislation as mere "distractions."

After all the governor's huffing, puffing, promises and posturing both before and after the election, the restoration of happy hour and bobcat hunting qualifies as more of an embarrassment than a distraction.

Turnaround for the state? Hardly. It's more like the governor is steering Illinois any which way but.
