How does Obama get away with this?

For the life of me, I cannot but help to observe that President Obama has twice violated his oath. Twice he has taken an "oath of office" by "swearing" - hand on Bible - to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States - so help me God."

Yet, he has done his "best" to shred this Constitution in his tenure. He has consistently, by his myriad "Presidential Orders," to avoid Congress at all costs. This alone is a "violation" of his "oath of office."

How does he get away with this "breach"?
