Another troubling suit against sheriff

I just finished reading the March 11 very troubling article regarding another discrimination lawsuit against Sheriff John Zaruba. How can the county board continue to allow this type of behavior to continue?

Who is in charge and why is this sort of behavior allowed? Who is paying for all of the legal costs and awards for these actions, the taxpayer? If so, why? Mr. Zaruba should be held fully accountable both legally and financially and no one else.

It is time for a change.
