An expert in starting businesses will be at Warren-Newport Public Library in Gurnee at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9. The "Going into Business" workshop will be presented by Arnie Goldberg. He'll be on hand to provide visitors with help they need to assess prospects, find initial direction and get inspiration to proceed. Formalized business plans are not required to attend.
