Take a chance and build up downtown

I was driving through Rolling Meadows a couple of weeks ago and I was frustrated. Watching my speed limit being monitored on the speed signs, I wondered, how much did that cost?

Leaving downtown I thought, "Rolling Meadows is really boring."

Now that I have read in the Jim Davis column that Rolling Meadows is considered to be the second most boring town in Illinois I feel affirmed.

It seems as though there is always a reason why something cannot be built in downtown.

I implore the city council. If you build it, the revenue will come. Bring this town back to life!
