Stevenson students lose holiday day off

Because of the cold-related cancellation of school on Jan. 7, Stevenson High School officials have decided to hold classes instead on Monday, March 2, which previously had been scheduled as a day off for students to mark Casimir Pulaski Day.

Officials at the Lincolnshire school said the change will keep June's final exam schedule in place and ensure the start of summer school on Monday, June 9.
