Dessert walk in Libertyville

MainStreet Libertyville will host its second annual MainSweet Dessert Walk from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, in downtown Libertyville. The walk will be held in conjunction with the David Adler Festival of the Arts that day. This family-friendly event invites patrons to stroll downtown and visit participating shops and restaurants to enjoy tasting-sized desserts. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at the MainStreet Libertyville tent in Cook Park starting at 11:30 a.m. the day of the event. MainStreet Libertyville Inc. is a nonprofit, volunteer-based organization dedicated to the economic development and historic preservation of Libertyville's historic downtown.
