New Hope Recovery Center grand opening

New Hope Recovery Center of Lake County will host a grand opening of its new Zion facility from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday, July 23. The facility at 1022 27th St. is the Lake County Health Department's second drop-in center for Williams Consent Decree class and community members. Williams Consent enables qualifying individuals with mental illness to be moved from state-funded facilities to communities where they can live independently with professional support.
