Learn about the conditions in Illinois for installing solar energy and the national outlook during the next decade at the next Green Drinks meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7. The program at O'Toole's of Libertyville, 412 N. Milwaukee Ave., features Libertyville resident and 2011 Illinois Community Educator of the Year Dave Wilms.
