St. Edward handles Harvest Christian

Kelvin Cortez-Harvey scored 18 points and Adam Radcliffe added 14 Saturday night to lead the St. Edward boys basketball team to a 63-40 win over Harvest Christian in the final round of the Burney Wilkie Classic at Aurora Christian.

Noah Enright added 11 points for the Green Wave (5-3), while Drew Fugiel and Jack Nohava each had 9 points for Harvest Christian (1-6).

West Chicago 63, Streamwood 39: A night after upsetting Geneva, the Sabres dropped this Upstate Eight crossover at West Chicago. Joey O'Halloran led Streamwood (1-5) with 12 points.

Westminster Christian 48, Stockton 39: At the Lanark Eastland Shootout, Dillon Rejman had 12 points and Ben Versluys added 11 to lead the Warriors (4-1) to the win.

Prairie Ridge 54, Hampshire 48: Deion Garcia scored 20 points and Luke Tuttle added 10 for Hampshire in this Fox Valley Conference Fox Division loss. Danny Duchaj contributed 9 points for the Whip-Purs (1-5, 0-1).

Latin 52, Elgin Academy 39: In the Independent School League, Dee Robinson led Elgin Academy with 14 points. Jordan Hare added 10 for the Hilltoppers (1-2, 0-1).
