Frosty Fest in Gurnee

Frosty the Snowman has new digs this year.

The annual Gurnee Park District Frosty Fest was moved to the Bittersweet Golf Course at 875 Almond Road in Gurnee.

Frosty the Snowman made his annual visits with kids on Friday night at this winter event that included dog sled demonstrations, horse-drawn carriage rides, ice sculpting demonstrations and children’s crafts.

Festival goers were able to warm up by the fire while roasting marshmallows and making s’mores.
