Carol Stream Dunkin' Donuts planning move

Drivers would be able to get their Java and Long John on the go via a proposed drive-through lane at a Carol Stream Dunkin' Donuts.

To make way for the new lane, Dunkin' is planning to move from the west to the east side of a building on the 200 block of Army Trail Road, just east of Lowe's.

Village planners are reviewing the chain's request for a special-use permit to move forward with the project. If the village gives the OK, the work could begin in spring 2016.
