Naperville cops hunting robbery suspect
Naperville police are hunting for a man who indicated he had a weapon when he robbed a 7-Eleven store Thursday morning at 351 E. Bailey Road.
Police said the man, described as white or Hispanic, entered the store around 7:20 a.m. and ordered the clerk to give him money from the register. He escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect was wearing a black ski mask, police said, along with a black coat, dark jeans, black and white high-top basketball shoes and black gloves.
Police said the man implied he had a weapon but did not display it.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (630) 420-6006. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and callers may remain anonymous.
